About Me

Daniel Golfing in Kauai

Hi, my name is Daniel Neben. I am an Assistant Golf Professional at Army Navy Country Club just outside of Washington D.C. I moved out to the nation’s capital in early 2014. Prior to moving to the east coast, I was a Teaching Professional for 3 years at Rancho San Joaquin Golf Course in Irvine, California. During my time in Southern California, I taught more than 6,000 hours of adult, junior, private and group lessons.

In 2011, I graduated from the University of California, Irvine with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Economics. After college I turned to what I knew best, GOLF! I have been playing competitive golf for over a decade now and between working as a cart attendant, starter, assistant pro and teaching pro, I have logged over 17 years LIVING golf. I am a Class A PGA member, working towards receiving a Certified Degree in Player Development from PGA’s Certified Professional Program 2.0.

Because I LOVE golf, I wanted someway to share my knowledge of the sport. In this website I will discuss news in the golf world, up and coming golf technology, and some of my favorite tips for all types of golfers. If you enjoy what you see, pass it on to your friends, family, neighbors or anyone you know that plays golf!

I created this website with two goals in mind:

First, to introduce novice golfers to the wonderful world of professional golf and golf technology

Second, to help improve the golf game of anyone looking for advice

If you are interested in taking private lessons from me, you can find my contact information on the PGA website.
